Your Responsibilities

By booking a place at the festival, you agree that:

All information you provide to Everywoman Festival is accurate and up to date.
The workshops and seminar sessions you select are appropriate and relevant to you.

Payment and Ticketing

All payments are securely processed via our official ticketing partner, Kaboodle. We do not store any payment information on our website.

Tickets are for personal use only and must not be re-sold or transferred without prior written consent from Kaboodle.

Only Tickets purchased from our authorised ticket agent, Kaboodle are valid and will allow admission to the Event. Tickets bought from unauthorised third will be void and may be seized or cancelled without refund or compensation.

Our preferred method of communication is email. Please ensure the email address you provide is valid and current.

Cancellations

Cancellation Rights and Refunds

All requests for cancellations should be submitted to Kaboodle.

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or postpone the festival, we will notify you via email and offer an alternative date. If this is not suitable, you will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price.

Please note: Everywoman Festival is not liable for any additional costs incurred, such as travel or accommodation expenses.

Changes to the programme

While we aim to deliver the festival as advertised, unforeseen circumstances may require changes to the event schedule, timings, or speakers.

We reserve the right to alter the event programme in respect of the line up, the times and dates of performances, facilities or locations of the event and the start and finish time and date of the event without liability to the ticket holder.

If you do not meet the entry requirements for specific workshops, we reserve the right to cancel your place.

We reserve the right to refuse admission to the festival, any individual sessions, or specific workshop areas.

Workshops and Seminars

The use of mobile phones, cameras, or audio recording devices is not permitted during workshops or seminar sessions.

By attending the festival, you consent to being filmed or photographed as part of the audience in any event where filming occurs.

Please be aware that some workshops and sessions may explore sensitive or personal topics. We reserve the right to remove individuals if necessary to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all attendees.
