Thrive through exercise

We want to enable every female to enjoy sport and exercise for life...female specific factors shouldn’t be a barrier to being active. Are you worried about exercising during pregnancy? Fed up with menstrual cycle symptoms affecting exercise and don’t know what to do? Struggling with balancing body image and food to fuel you in sport? What food should you be feeding your active child? Tired of getting injured? Where to start with sports bras? Be inspired by female athlete journeys. Come and take part in some practical sessions, chat to an expert team of female health practitioners, and help create a thriving female community.

Come and take part in a half an hour Pilates class! The session will focus on building subtle strength as well as increasing body awareness, activation and mobility to help in any sport and exercise.
